The MAD-4L currently has ER PPC HSL +2 but only has two energy had points. Can we get that swapped with PPC heat -50% or something so that quirk actually matters. Right now you cant utilize the HSL quirk because there are no hard points for it.

The quirk does matter and is very useful. Gauss Rifles and PPC's share the same heat group. With that quirk you can fire 2 ERPPC and 2 Gauss at the same time. Without it, you have to fire them separately.
