so i noticed there is an achievment for this that isnt in the game anymore and was wondering if there was another way to get it?

Well, I am not a Steam platform user, but I can tell you that the Solaris 7 game mode is not going to come back (almost certainly). So it seems to me that this is one achievement that you will not have.
