I was minimize because the game takes so long to load and then my computer froze it never happens with any other game PGI NEEDS TO FIX THEIR DAMN GAME ENGINE!!

I'm pretty sure it's the game,but i ran it anyway and nope nothing.... PGI needs to fix thier broken game engine..

You said the game is minimized, meaning you are playing in full screen and not full windowed mode, correct? And when the computer froze, how long did you allow it to stay that way, and did you have to reboot the computer?

And googling - "computer locks up while game is minimized" is not unique to MWO.

With that said, it really depends on what is occurring with MWO. Did it become non-responsive behind the scenes for whatever reason. When playing FullScreen, when minimizing in and out the system has to redraw the screens, both MWO and Deskdrop and other programs. That means graphic content (desktop+icons is graphic ) being dumped then loaded back up.
