greetings, just a small quick thread with the Nova Cat NCT A having a wrong quirk of

ER and STD (!?) laser cooldown .... clan mechs however don´t use standard lasers
was that meant for pulse or for heavy lasers?

It's just ER and Heavy Laser.
The text needs to be updated. Function is unaffected.
