In a game, when pressing [tab] the player list isn't aligned with the menu.

Clicking on a name is not in line, so you will add or block the wrong person.

Post a video but I would suggest disabling the Steam overlay, if it is enabled. And are you playing in Full Screen or Full Windowed mode? if Full Screen, suggest trying Full Windowed mode instead. And is your desktop and game running at the monitor's native resolution?
