I play MWO with a joystick and throttle is MW5 playable that way is it comparable to MWO joy play?

I play it with a Thrustmaster T16000m, but the script is written for the HOTAS. You have to modify the script to get the throttle on the joystick to work. Look around on the forums and you will find a big post on the various joystick options,workarounds, layouts, etc.
