Which one is best got sb gauss+2xhppc?

What is the best mech for some 500 meter range variation of the above loadout, prefer humanoid mechs.

You want the Highlander 732 or 733 for that build. Check those quirks. Note the armor buffs. Note that the weapons will be entirely right-side, which means you can equip a light engine and use the left side to shield with for mad durability. (And add some torso speed skill points to help this.)
