Took a Jenner 2 C and loaded up with max jumpjets - was able to find a couple of ledges and was able to actually get to the roof , however there is an invisible barrier preventing movement except on the very edge and usually this results in falling off... Was kinda cool anyway

This is normal. Many maps have off-limits areas.
