Has a setting to enable torso counter rotation like that in MW5 been added yet? I would like to know before I burn drive space redownloading. See videos for examples of what I’m talking about.

idk about that, but i use pedals for steering so i can do moves like that manually. you could probably do it with the keyboard with practice. but you need analog control to get it right. i also use a throttle with a lot of buttons but i still control torso and weapons with a g604 mouse.

if you have ever played mechwarrior 2 with a first order controller (similar to what heli simmers use) with a high resolution sensor, its quite a treat. i wish mwo supported that. you can presicely line up to any pixel on the screen. mwo only does zeroth and second order control. its not like the controllers are commercially available though, mine was build out of military surplus and an arduino.

No.

There are center legs to torso and center torso to legs buttons, which are the closest you'll get to this dynamic.

You can just tape down or macro whatever button it is to center torso to legs, for the same effect.

those functions only return you to center, one way or the other. you can do a toggle macro to constantly center legs to torso. that might be useful if you were missing some fingers on your left hand and couldn't do wasd.

he wants to hold torso rotation automatically while rotating legs. you need a more complex macro than that. using something like joystick gremlin, you could apply equal and opposite displacement on your legs and torso components to get this effect. the game might be able to mix this with mouse movements so you could just map some pedals (or keyboard). map them to two virtual axes invert one of them, and map one to torso and one to legs in game. then use the mouse for aim.
