New clan equipment; Watchdog CEWS( Composite Electronic Warfare System)

Weight: 1.5 tons
slots; 1 (uses ecm slot)
Health: 9.5

To make this diffrent from simply having ecm and a light active probe

For a half ton more you get a full ECM and full probe with all the benefits the two provide, the new equipment will cancel or allow you to target stealth mechs within 100m of your mech due to the nature of the CEWS it cannot be switched to counter mode, only disrupt mode is available as the additional probe feature of the equipment will cancel ECM nearby.

As a possible downside the Watchdog does not provide lock on time boost.
