Part of it is trying to get some attention, another big part is that Twitch went pretty heavy handed on the wording for flagging your stream that makes it sound like "flag it or else". When you can't control what people say in game better to air on the side of caution.

I watch some V-tuber clips and I mostly get V-tubers playing MWO popping up in my feed.
