Yeah, I'm not seeing an equipment tab - if you're looking for engines or something, you'll need to buy them by adding them to a 'mech you own in the mechlab and save the change (use the "export" button to save your original build, and then import it back after you're done.)
I honestly haven't bought any equipment from the store directly in... ever. But maybe it's because the sale ended, so there's no tab? In any case the mechlab will work.

You buy those in-game when equipping a mech. I you want to stock up on engines/weapons/consumables, wait for the next 50%-off sale. Omnipods don't usually go on sale.

The sale ended. Usually you can't buy equipment outside of the mechlab.
