e.g. The ACH-B has a -40% LBX Spread quirk, and it is only capable of running a single LB5X at best. Why bother?

Please grant said -40% LBX Spread quirk to something that is capable of using it, such as the ADR-B, COU-D, HBK-IIC, HBK-IIC-DW, HMN-A, SCR-C, VGL-A, or any of the LBX-centric Heavies/Assaults.

And then the IFR-RC has UAC quirks? Who failed to notice that the Rainbow Crow canonically runs MGs? Grant it MG quirks!

If there are concerns about balancing, why not make it dependent upon the So8 quirks? Perhaps even spread out the bonus across multiple Omnipods to possibly make it incremental?

Matter-of-fact, why are there not more OmniMechs that spread their bonuses across multiple 'pods???
