Epic Version Won't Launch Without Egs Running In Online Mode

I got MW5Clans and Camo DLC on EPIC and when trying to run game from standalone .exe it's impossible to skip "Press any key to continue" menu. Similar problem when launching game using EGS launcher in offline mode, game is also stuck on "Press any key to continue" menu. Any workaround?

Having the same problem. Any PGI minions want to step up and at least act like there's a solution or offer some advice?

Same Issue here have been in contact with PGI support but no fix yet Guess its a Bug they will have to fix!.
