I still need to get the Clan pack on the annual rewards and purchased the Grand Summoner (as the rewards says to purchase any pack off the premium packages page, which the Grand Summoner is on).

Is this intended to not be included or an oversight as it was just released? Waited over the update period and still don't have it so assume it's been missed if it was ever intended to be included.

The Grand Summoner counts as a Booster Pack, not a Premium Pack. Therefor, it counts towards the Prime Reward only.
