Great Game,
needs some Tweaks & Improvements however!

Ai
They are clumped up way to much and run into your LoS all the time...
*Formations to choose from would be neat
*They should always prioritize changing positioning behind you not running into your Firingline...

Grouping
I would like to see Groupings on your Star. F.ex. pairing up Ezra with Naomi and LIam with Mia.

*This way i could just tell to attack a specific Target with 2 Tag Teams, while i Focus on a 3rd Target myself.

*A other Solution would be that i could change the Order of the Star they are in (F2-F5). Cause having EZra and Mia at F2/ F3 is a bit annoying iMHO.

Lets say we hold F2 down i get one of my Groups to attack a Single Target. When i press f2 normally as it is now, it behaves the same.

ECM
If you get into Enemy ECM Range, Liam for the most Part, since he has ECM SKills, should switch to Counter automatically. Or when you have 2 ECM in your Star, one should switch automatically.


MECHS VARIETY
Well, its no so good... I get it we get DLC down the line but still...

I see that we are not in the Timeline for the 2 Missing ones and you Guys bet on the Sales, but still...
I hope we get some DLC fast!


Gargoyle MASC
Why no Masc. This Mech is as bad as it gets, but not having Masc... Its the best feature of this Mech and is its saving Grace iMHO

TIMBIE Right ARM WAR/ S
*Missing some Armor compared to Left Arm with 2 Laserslots. Left Arm both have have 54 Armor comapred to 48 Armor on Rightside


GRAPHICS/ BUGS/ Gameplay
Massive Framedrops at certain Locations sometimes.

*The MIssion "The Duel" when you are at the Water where the Dropship comes in (2nd half of the Mission) there is MASSIVE FPS loss
*Cutscene "Voices from the Past" does not have any Sound



SANDBOX
SORELY NEEDED!
Hope we see this as DLC, its a must have! i was surprised its not in there!


COCKPIT GLASS
*No Scratches etc, bit boring...

HUD
Opacity
*Option for certain Elements. Dont need my Weapon Groups to be as Prominent as other Elements

Size
*Slider for Size of HUD, especially Crosshair

NEW GAME +
*MUST HAVE!

Key MAPPING
*Doesnt seem to stay after you switch out Loadouts. Also the Ai tends to switch it around!



RECOIL
*Too Overtuned iMO. Especially in 3rd Person View. Rather would have smaller shakes inside Cockpit and some Audio Feedback aswell.
*Also in Zoomed in, its way too much if you have more than one f.ex. LBx5

EDIT:
*In Zoomed too much when having f.ex. 2X LBX5
*The Cockpit should shudder and move, but the Player Camera should be on Gimbals. Or toned down compared to Cockpit movement if even possible!

LASERBEAM/ MUZZLEFLASH
*No AMbient Flash or Beams on the Mech & Environment sadly

AMMO COUNT STAR
*Would like to see the Ammo count on my Star, on the HUD rather than switching through them all the time! There is Space left next to their Name!

Finished the campaign last night. Overall pretty slick game with hugely enhanced graphics over MW5: Mercs.

- hugely structured gameplay and progression

- after completion, gameplay options are to repeat earlier missions either solo or with coop

- cutscenes tell a great story, if somewhat predictable; however, for action junkies, they can be cumbersome.

- starmates are better than lancemates, but marginally. They still lag behind you when there's a fight so you have to anticipate and send them in first.

- player-centric aggression is still a huge issue, especially when playing Hard Mode; expect to get headshot regularly

- the lead character personality changes drastically after the critical Ezra v. Mia story fork. Not at all believable

- Cortez character is a caricature of a warmongering Clanner - more of an Inner Sphere meme than crusade-focused Clanner committed to saving the IS from themselves. Think Klingon. Someone would have fragged him long before.

- The VTOL bosses that appear are not believable

- frequently autorepair bays appear; honestly, how would they be compatible with Clantech?

- player, mech and equipment upgrade systems are not intuitive; they more resemble Battletech and Roguetech

- I started out in Hard Mode because I am pretty experienced, but had to eventually switch back to Normal due to the player-centric aggression model. Jayden almost always is the first fatality.

- as in MW5: Mercs, the player should swap mechs often to avoid this AND spread mission experience around for better upgrades.

- maps are beautiful, but progress can be circular and unclear in many missions. Not like MW5: Mercs at all where the entire map is visible at mission start.

- okay this one is a weird observation, but physical fights or aggression was always same-gender. I always wondered if Clans are integrated, how do they handle that? Mech on mech, I get, but physical fights? Just a thought...



Overall, I liked the game and it killed more than a few hours. Still like MW5: Mercs and its open-ended post campaign play. Probably worth the money and if there are DLCs, better yet.

*REcoil double Stacks when shooting both Visually, its super annoying!


COCKPIT VIEW
*Cockpit FOV inside should be separat from FOV of Surrounding you can see through it. I bet many would like to see the amazing Cockpits you Guys did. The bigger the FoV the more you can see of course, but the Problem is the outside. It Zooms back. Please separate it!

CHAINFIRE/ STAGGERD FIRING BUG
*Dire WOLF as example:
I use 3 MEDS and one AC10 in each arm with double LL. WHen i set the MEDS & UAC 10 or any UAC in staggeredshot mode. I can spam the Meds one after another with each click. However the Uac does not respond to that... Only when having the Weapongroup to shoot everything at all times... Makes no sense, so i think it is a bug. Why should it not shoot with each click, except its jammed like all the other weaponsystems!

TAG BUG
*DOES NOT WORK ON YUICHI with LRM 20. I guess doesnt work on all Characters and LRM in general!
There is no spread difference with or without TAG.
ONly Naomi has very narrow spread due to skills.

I think the Passive skill from Research doesnt even work aswell.


HEAT MANAGEMENT
*Research doesnt seem to reduce Heat. Same goes for Naomi which has 18% on Fav Chassis. Neuither seems to work and both dont apply to each other sadly...

*Does not give the flat % on certain Guns. LBX 20 with T2 only gets 578m/s rather than 600 m/S like 10% should!

*Even with a Perfet Heatmanagement Build, they love to shoot in CHainfire Mode. PLease make them use the Weapongroups that are set up!

TEAMMATES NAMES
*Names should be visible when hovering over the Mechs standing next to you. It can be Transparent, but its nice QoL. Sometimes they stand where you doint want em, and when they look all the same and have a LRM Boat to Order to the backline its really helpful, rather than having it Facetanking!

DIREWOLF STRUCTURgs out inside Loadout Menu
* DIREWOLF Structure sometimes bugs out inside Loadoutmenu. Happens only to the Leftside...
*Couldnt add Pics since i got message "post_too_short" lol
* THis can occur on the left Arm and Left Torso. YOur Structure HP goes down to "Zero" or from 42 down to 36 Structure!


ALSO the Torso Leftside on Direwolf. I think it happens when you add JumpJets!

SHADOW CAT VARIANTS
* REALLY HOPED FOR Chassis with multiple Ballistics for Machinegun build. Would have been perfect. As of now, its super Lackluster iMHO!

AFFINITY RESET/ CHANGING IN & OUT
*OPTION TO CHANGE or ONE MORE SLOT!
*How the Game is built Story wise and Progression Wise it would be nice to have one more SLot for Affinity. SInce you get forced to use Mechs in certain Orders!

LRM TAG_SPREAD
*SO tested again. LRM 5 with TAG does nothing... LRM Artemis does have less spread... i think the LRm with TAg should have the same spread when Tag is activated. "EXCLUDED NAOMI, which is awesome! "
HOWEVER, in general when you dont run with Naomi, LRM Artemis and LRM does not have any difference in spread, with or without Tag

*The Flame itsefl looks Cool, however you cant see anyting on certain mechs anymore. I suugest tmaking the Flame Stream really narrow until the End of the stream, where you can have a it like now a bit smaller!

PROGRESSION AFTER CAMPAIGN FINISH
*WELL, yes you get MOney, what about the Upgrades and XP. Its slow and Upgrade Materials are really damn hard to comeby when you already have certain TIers.

NOW IM STUCK WAITING FOR DLC?!
I dont like it. The only Materials you get are from Crates which drop like nothing!

What are we supposed to do? We can just wait for DLC and thats it, sadly. I replay the Campaign yes, which still needs NG+ for the one Choice at the end to Matter, but still!

We need a Sandbox DLC for sure. We are Mercs now!
