which is still 70% of an AC20 firing twice as fast as an AC20

You say that like an AC20 has been considerable firepower for a light by itself or without considerable quirks. The adder has good firepower but is still an Adder meaning it is fragile compared to mechs of similar tonnage.

That said, I'm still shocked they didn't get a bigger cooldown nerf. I actually expected them to be added to the game with a 3s cooldown, not 2s.

Didn't know, how hard to play 8 magshot flea-19 (tried first time).

Sorry, I leave magshots to elite and take 8 lmguns + laser. I just cant enjoy this. You need extremely robotic accuracy in hit every 2 sec, not for usual human. Because its just 16 damage without good hit in weak spot.

(snubs+plus magshot works, but it.s a different mech)

On a related note, which is more powerful?

The Warthog (ADR-W), or the UM-IIC-M?

(The Standard Variants for both would eventually come out for everyone!)

Those are very different mechs so not really a solid comparison. The TSP Urbie is a pseudo-assault, it's best with the LMG+Beams and leveraging its small size to deny lanes with its DPS. The Warthog is best as a APG boat which serves as a solid light killer if they are dumb enough to run at you solo, but it's squishy so you like most lights/mediums you want to avoid direct fights with pretty much anything bigger and focus on off angles. It also has limited range with pretty meh speed so you are typically a mech that "land mines" somewhere.

Pseudo-heavy really given the armor totals but yeah, the TSP Urbie wants to double peek with something bigger and scarier so it can put out its 21 DPS without taking return fire.

An actual 48.6kph assault would have like 25-30 DPS instead of the TSP Urbie's 20ish.
Or like 60 damage alphas.
