Beam Lasers

Not sure this is the right forum for this but I just noticed that if I equip more than 1 beam laser on a mech and fire just one of them all the beam lasers equipped start heating up. Just curious if this is as intended or if it is a bug that crept in. It makes little sense that weapons that are not being fire should be heating up.

It runs on the same mechanics as the flamers, so all the bars fill up even if you fire just 1.

When it comes to PGI, it is sometimes difficult to discern if something is a bug or a feature. Posted Image

this is a feature. flamers and racs do the same thing.
