Any idea if you have to do the advent event daily or if you can grind the whole thing at end of the month? I'm incapable of playing for few weeks so hoping for the latter

When you so rich, that you sold one mech from a minimum 40 dollar pack, 1 million credit and 100 MC not youre bigest problem.
So ,not possible to replace the Bane-3.

I don't understand your logic...
But since I have the Platinum Mech, I no longer had any use for No. 3.
But I would like to have the challenge complete :/
