The recoil of the Light and Medium Rifle BFs is identical or barely different while the Heavy Rifle BF is insignificant compared to the others. This makes no sense.
Recoil in general isn’t handled properly. Only the pilot’s head moves while the actual aimpoint is unaffected. It’s like the pilot is yawning while the mech is still. Shouldn’t recoil actually move where the weapon is pointed and disrupt aim? If the mech has enough control to cancel out recoil, why is the pilot’s head jerking around?
I would prefer recoil to meaningfully affect ballistic weapons because it differentiates them from the other two weapon types.
