Maybe I'm forgetting about something here but Isn't mean to be a lot faster than that? I remember it running faster in previous MW games. Its 216kph according to Sarna. Are we going to be limited to a sub xl200?

One thing I wonder about for the Fire Moth, incidentally, is what impact this might have on cap objectives. The spider squad is annoying as it stands.

why cap when there is readily access to all those sweet rear torsos to farm.

its probibly going to be only slightly annoying, as your own larger squirrels will probibly tear it to shreads. they will also quickly realize that there is no xp, cbills or kills in cap wins.

The Dasher Prime really has a pair of ER Medium lasers in its left arm and SRM-6 rack in its right arm. SRM-4 is in the right torso.

The picture is correct.

The Prime is pretty similar to the SRM/LRM Locust hardpoint wise, it would probably get similar quirks (+100% missile ammo at minimum if nothing else) but less potency because of the chassis' strengths (MASC+cXL200) already at most. Also it'll be probably just be run with 2C-SRM4s instead of SRM10 like its stock configuration, as the stock version involves only having 2t cFF (38 points/ton, and 76 across an entire mech is pretty low already) armor when it could've went with the maximum armor tonnage for a 20t of 3.5t cFF which it might be able to afford with ammo quirk (the canon version has 2t of ammo) and having 2 SRM tubes less.
It could be run with 10 SRM tubes but you would have to run with 0 head armor and shave off points off from other limbs which is probably also what it would be run as.
So for a hard hitting build you could go then with SRM10 and 2C-HML and 3t of armor (instead of the lore accurate 2t armor thanks to ammo quirk) or with C-ERMLs, or alternatively you could also run with SRM12 with C-ERSL+C-HML.
They might also give it small laser quirks that gives them as much range/DPS as medium lasers so it can use those as lighter substitutes to afford more SRM tubes/ammo instead,.

Weirdly, Sarna does have an accurate picture from the TRO on that same page that clearly shows the paired lasers in the left arm, the torso SRM up top, and an obscured SRM launcher on the other arm. It also looks a bit chunkier than the stretched out model we're apparently going to get, but oh well.


EDIT:

Chasing this back, the change from 'a pair of ER Medium lasers' (location unspecified) to 'each arm' dates back to June 2007, just a bare month after the page was created at all. This has been lurking for almost two decades.

There is a handy graphic in the Cauldron Feedback discord (leaks channel) that is a quick reference table showing exactly what variants are coming to the game, and how many of what kind of hardpoints are in what components.

Should clear up anything.

Hope this thing has armor buffs, because I can't fit both an ERPPC and an ECM without shaving off way too much armor. Have to shave the arms and head just to fit the ERPPC

It (the Aletha, ECM Fire Moth) might get C-ERLL quirks so it can be a ground-bound (but faster) MLX-C (ECM with JJs, rather slow moving though) equivalent, but then also the ECM Flea (shares similar hardpoint count, and closest equivalent in playstyle if it runs 4C-ERML instead) doesn't really have much/need it either, so also maybe not, at least not general quirks.
1C-ERLL is comically low DPS though (really, go play the MLX-C using it and see how much damage you can do on it within the average 5 minute match durations, it can also run 2C-ERLL if you strip a lot of armor) so I don't see specifically Large Laser quirks being out of the question for it though, as even with aggressive amount of exposure (which it might be able to afford with ECM) the damage is just not that high (and getting hit by counter-fire at all is a large percentage of its hit points) and would probably need to really rely on hitting people on the rear for real impact, which can be uncertain on some maps, not to mention the lack of JJs unlike the MLX-C being another point, though it does make that part up with raw speed.
An alternative loadout would be 1 Heavy Large Laser, but all that really does is give it 3C-ERML (when it could've went with 4 which would do more damage) damage worth in a longer burn duration but slightly more range than C-ERMLs. 4C-HML builds and heavy laser quirks is also an option they could go with I guess.

Maybe that is the case on BT where not nearly everything runs on max armor like on this game, not to mention it looks bigger than the Flea. Oh and the fact that hitting something is an actual diceroll instead and speed tanking is more reliable than it is here through that. Well 2SNPPC MASC Commando would involve using XL and no MASC, pretty much not leveraging much of that variant's strength, and is hardly worth it over something like the trial Firestarter that runs similar loadout, similar speed and with JJs too. Oh, also the MASC Vulcan is a thing.
As for 2C-ERPPC ACH, well the Shadow Cat exists.
