I watched the video, and it told me nothing of how you wanted the RACs to be "fixed". As a suggestion it has the value of a meme, meaning none at all. Please use words, please be clear and precise.
I know your posting history here and know you are prone to post devoid of arguments and unsubstantiated suggestions basically every day, but you outdone yourself with this one, bravo.

hmmmmm....well I think the RACs in MWO or PGI's idea of the weapon is flawed. it should be more inline with how a "MINIGUN" is supposed to work, the M134 (fine no more videos) can fire 6000 rounds per minute, same as the M61 Vulcan 20mm, and the GAU Avenger 30mm with, 3900 rounds per minute (this one is used by the A-10 Warthog and can destroy tanks) and have an effective range of about 1,220 meters.
not sure why I posted this, rather impulsive on my part (and I apologize for that, seriously), been playing some other games lately that sport some form or variation of the minigun, and MWO's seems to have...the worst iteration? least cool? ...it's good for what it is though. but if there is going to be a MWO2 or a MW6M (very big "if" I know) they better do a lot of things different from what it came before.
