guys I am reporting my game is crashing bad. I don't know why but every time I try to go either into a match or during it it crashes. my internet connection fails then comes back what the heck?

• Wrong subforum but the order of events is most likely backwards.
  
• The game is crashing/sending you back to desktop, at which point you notice you have no internet connection.
  
  • Loss of internet connection
    
  • Game disconnects, or "crashes"
• Reboot computer, reboot router/modem/gateway (turn off/unplug for 30 secs then power back up).

ok sorry been awhile since I had a problem with the game. but it doenst send me to desktop it goes to title screen and then I cant do anything to log back in unless I exit out and come back.

Okay. Yeah, losing connectivity with the authentication server (mechbay+) would drop one back to the log-in screen and it requires a continuous connection, even when in a combat drop. If one simply loses connection to the regional server when dropping/in combat, one is dropped back to the mechbay.

The issue is likely due there being an issue on the path your connection takes to the NA authentication server. Do a DNS flush, the reboot computer/router/modem. Use cell as a hotspot and connect to it if your system has the ability, or use a VPN. If a VPN did not come with your Network Security program, there are a few free ones to try out, in an attempt to reroute around a problematic router system your path may go through. This would be a temporary workaround until the issue is eventually resolved. There are a few players who have to use VPN to play the game for similar reasons, and do not have the ability to use their mobile hotspot.
