Why does it seem like I can shoot them with PPC (over and over again) and they still don't show up?

Is this a hidden mechanic? Or am I just that unlucky and they had an ECM buddy nearby?

And does the Spectre have that same hidden quirk? Hypothetically speaking of course.

There is no hidden mechanic with their ECM. It works the same as any other IS ECM.

It just seems suspicious, I've been consistently hitting Apaches with PPC (usually light ppc) and get nothing on HUD.

I think I only saw one or two Specter this whole time.

I had to buy one, this thing is sick.

Stock loadout is very interesting.

I have few other builds to test, so we'll see.

Perhaps, but unlike other Mechs, they're often at altitude,They are probably out of radar detection range.

Don't know about PPC but I have lit them up with TAG and immolated more than one with ATMs from Howl. The idea of something up in the air begging to be shot is a dream come true.
