Full Metal Jacket and Unrelenting Salvo seem to be stuck. I have them up to 3629 and 3623 and have not moved for a while.

I tried using all of the weapons in the campaign and in the sim replay campaign and nothing seems to work. Does the difficulty matter? Do you need to stay with the first campaign that these started? Is this a bug? Any help would be appreciated. This is for steam on pc.
