Anyone know how to set this thing up?

You can map the buttons and axises in the 'Settings' tab in-game. I've mapped pedals and a throttle quadrant that way and it was very easy.

Those are really nice joysticks, but I'd be remiss if I didn't warn you that using a first-order controller to aim is going to handicap your performance. Movement is fine, but you want to aim with a mouse.
