Oh my goodness, how did a month slip by? Well, pretend that this is postdated to January!

Making The Case For The Wolfman some more!

As a faction, the Periphery is woefully under-represented. The Corsair is the only frankenmech we have, and there should be so many more! I propose the Wolfman to be our next kit-bashed entry into MWO.

From a design standpoint it fits between the Blackjack and the Rifleman; a double-arm mount ballistic in the high-end Medium rating. It has great variability potential; with two different engine sizes to start from, and even different arm styles if you want to make it truly horrendous!

And from a purely economic standpoint you are (hopefully) creating a new mech from established models, so the actual development cost should be lowered. It also gives you the chance to create more apocryphal lore designs!

What do you think, sirs?

WFM-1: qty 2 AC/5, qty 2 Medium Laser, Engine CoreTek 275 (“Classic” configuration: Rifleman top, Wolverine legs, all weapons in arms)
WFM-2: qty 2 Large Lasers, qty 1 Medium Laser, qty 1 SRM-6, Engine Pitban 240, 4 jump jets (Rifleman top, but with the med laser in one side torso and SRM6 jammed into other side)
WFM-3: qty 1 AC/5, qty 1 Large Laser, qty 3 Medium Lasers, Engine CoreTek 275, 2 jump jets (“horror version”; AC and LL in Rifleman arm, one weaponless Wolverine arm, torso med lasers, and a Wolverine cockpit w/laser jammed onto Rifleman torso)

Sorry couldn't resist.

*Pulls out a sock filled with silver coins and proceeds to beat the mech to death*
