Tiimer drops to 10s once everyone is connected. It only does the full 80s count if someone has not connected. The ready button in QP is a relic.

The system was reworked so now once every player has connected (With a ping) the timer drops to 8s.

My game willl crash if certain mechs are loaded regardless if I initiate them into ram or another player. Some maps will initiate a crash. Doesn't matter if I scan and repair or not.
It's just poor game memory and asset management. A lot of it probably stems from the crap show that is the main menu UI there is so much unnecessary stuff and assets loaded with no methods for unloading any of it because they don't want that menu to take 2 minutes to reload after every match.
