I have been trying to delete my COM-D03(H) for days, but it seems to be impossible.

I know there is a procedure:

I really like having a clean inventory and it has taken me a while to get all the mechs I like.
I know a lot of players have the opinion of "it's free" "leave it there, it doesn't take up space", but I still don't like it and the underlying problem is that there is a community mechanic that allows you to resolve problems via email and it's not working (I don't know if it's just for me or if it's a general thing)

This still needs a staff member action. It's not automated as you seem to think. Did you get a reply? Other than that, several staff members have been laid off recently. So it might take a while.
