Why is it some people take no damage? I shoot at them with ac5's and C-ERPPC and their armor stays yellow.

yet i just die, i guess normally?

Hmm very odd I've also come across people like this wish my recording program was working..

How what do i use to record a video?

Happened with me in one match. Got two full alphas in my face and my armour stats remained unchanged. That was a victory I am not proud upon...

Most computers have their own recording capabilities now. I think it is Window key + G? At least it is for my computer.

Beyond that, hit reg and lag/packet loss can hit anyone. It is all about the connection between you and the system, and your targets connection likewise. Unless you are plugged right into the game servers, you will have some ping issues.
