In normal situations, you'll find games within 1 tier of yourself up and down. ie: 1-2, 2-3-4, 4-5. Hench why tier 3 is probably the best tier to be in to drop games. Somepeople do run smurf accounts, and keep them in the tier 4-3 intentionaly. Mostly to get away from the sweaty tier 1 game play, and run stupid buils for shits' and giggles.

Thats actively throwing though. There is no way to keep from gaining psr in those tiers when you are naturally in t1 without playing like a total potato.

hell look at me, even with my average builds, not playing meta anything, and being a decidedly average player i have ended up in T2. then again i do play a LOT of TBMs these days. though i do understand why people would rather stay in T3. the higher one gets in tier in this game the less fun it seems to become.

I complained that I was getting put with low tier players and my post gets removed.... twice.
