I don't hear any other player's warhorns no more and my friends don't hear mine as well.

DId you change something in the user.cfg? If so, chnange it back, or scroll trough till you find it and add a semi-colon in front of it that will ommit the line from the .cfg without eliminating the line of code.

Run the repair tool from the mwo launcher and it will reset the game back to default settings so if anything got changed this should reset it.

Okay so I can hear warhorns it just seems they decreased maybe the distance at where you can hear it.

Yep, the distance from where you can here other's warhorns is kinda short.

I always thought that the mech you killed should hear it full volume no matter the distance.
