The spawns on this mode+map are absolutely terrible, I spawned way too far from my team in an atlas, and it was either stay on my own in cover and eventually be overrun, and my only routes to group up with me team involve me being completely exposed for too long where I would just be dead.
How has this not been fixed all these years?

I also think the spawn points on Frozen City (Classic) in Skirmish mode need to be fixed. The team starting in the B-line is at a disadvantage. The Charlie-lance, which most of the times are assault mechs start to far ahead of the rest of the team and on low ground. So you basically run into 3/4 of the enemy team without much support, and you have nearly no place to position yourself. So I think it would be better to change the Charlie-lance spawn to the 2-line.

I think in addition people need to stop standing still on the ramps to the center in Mining collective, blocking the way for other mechs... so sometimes spawns aren't the problem but player actions as well.

most lances are assault lances. a coupla days ago 58% of players were playing assault.
