Templar Prime
XL 340 engine
Endo steel
Standard armor
Templar C1 ( a clan refit of the Templar Omnimech since IS omnimechs were derived from Clan omnitech omnipods are interchangable between the two this results in a lighter design using clan tech.
Clan XL340 engine
Clan Endo steel
Standard armor
Clan players already have 85-ton Warhawk OmniMech in MWO. They do not need a non-canon Clan Templar.
Let us draw from the tabletop canon either the Templar or the Templar III. The Inner Sphere has exactly zero assault OmniMechs in MWO.

A "BattleTech purist" with such knowledge of the BattleTech canon surely will have no problem with telling us the correct record sheets volume or the right technical readout in which we can find the Templar with Clan engine and Clan chassis.
Because without a canon record sheet, that Templar C1 of yours stays firmly non-canon.

And by the way, neither Gauszilla, nor Commando IIC, UrbanMech IIC nor Wolfhound C are mixed tech designs.
You really have no clue what you are talking about.

You said two weeks ago that you do not have Gauntlet and that you are not going to buy it:

a) You are talking about a 'Mech that you do not own and that you have never used in the game.
b) You are telling lies and you use IS 'Mechs after all.

The Clans are already powerful enough with their XL Engines and weapons. There's no need for a Clan Refit Templar when you already have superior clan mechs to fight it.

The only mix-tech mech is the Shadow Cat Noble Legend Mech, which has a built-in IS AC/20. The rest that you described were Clan refits or clan upgrades.

So it's okay, for The Clans to have both Clan BattleMechs and Clan OmniMechs, but it's wrong for the IS to have OmniMechs as well? That's just downright hypocritical and entitled. Let the Inner Sphere have something interesting for a change.
There are also some really good IS Omnis:
Avatar- An IS Jumping, ECM Mad Dog.
Hauptmann - An IS Assault Mech that has a Standard Engine.
Sunder - An assault version of the Black Hawk KU (assuming PGI gives us the Samual variant, but with limited hardpoints). But the D variant is a jumper.
Blackjack Omni - The Prime version has the best ballistic hardpoints, while the OD variant has the best laser hardpoints. The fact that the OD variant also has a laser hardpoint in the CT and all variants are jumpers makes it a versatile Omni, even moreso than the Gauntlet, I would say.
Firestarter Omni - All variants are Jumpers across the board. The OD variant has an ECM hardpoint, the OH has the best hardpoints and OF has a head-mounted laser hardpoint.
But knowing you, you would jump on the chance to crap on them because they're Inner Sphere and not Clan. I hope PGI releases more IS Omnis in spite of you.
