I am trying to capture a video of Mechwarrior Online (MWO). However the process freezes Debut from recording on the countdown. MWO runs off of Steam. In fact the process corrupts the recording. Everything locks up. I am not sure if the Nvidia Shadowplay software is being used. I don't see Shadowplay is installed on my system. My video card is an AMD RX5700 with a AMD Ryzen7 9700x CPU. I have 32GB of memory. I have no problems with recording any other games with Debut. I am working with NCH Software Tech support on the problem. So far nothing positive for the fix. NCH support asked me this question:

Q. Did you first run Debut before running the game, or did you run the game first before running Debut?
A. I have tried both methods and still get the same results. I have done three tests. The first test was Kards from Steam. I was able to record from that game with no problems. The second game was World of Warships from the WGC GUI. I was able to record from that game with no problems. The third game was MWO. I started the recording before entering the game. I could hear Debut start and stop several times by the sound prompts. I exited the game after 20 to 30 seconds. Debut was greyed out on the start button and the countdown timer was stuck on two seconds. I exit the MWO game. The only way to close out Debut is to Red X in the right corner. I did get a message that the recording was corrupted. I then tried opening Debut again however, I started getting error message immediately. I had to reboot the system before Debut opens with no error messages.

Is there a process I need to activate in order to get Debut to work with MWO? What recording software works with MWO?
