Error 64 When Logging In

Is there any possibility for the team to look into the matter and see how one can avoid the error 64 when logging in? This error has been there for days, and I am unable to play the game.

Changing ISPs (I attempted to connect through a mobile phone), DNS servers to Quad9 or Google, turning off and on any traffic obfuscation, turning off all of the antiviruses, and restarting network equipment do not help.

I have been your loyal customer since the beta release, and it is the first time I encounter this error.
