I would like to share a few suggestions for the Cauldron to improve MWO. I'll keep this short and sweet-

Targeting Computers
Targeting Computer Mk I is the best bang for the buck and provides good value if you are heavy on lasers, ppcs, or ballistics. However, larger Targeting Computers MK II and up don’t scale effectively and is only used on niche builds. To improve the viability of larger sizes, I would like to propose that Targeting Computers Mk II and up have reduced tonnage at half ton increments after Mk I. For example, Mk II would decrease to 1.5 tons (down from 2 tons), Mk III would be 2.5 tons (down from 3 tons), and so forth.

Command Console
Command Console is useless at 3 tons, only providing slight increase to radar range, zoom, and target info gathering rate. This should be a team-oriented piece of equipment. With that said, I would like to propose the Command Console also shares your sensor data automatically with your teammates without pressing 'R' within a distance of 140m (e.g. same distance for Lance Formation). This effect is countered by ECM in counter mode.

Flamers
Flamers underperform compared to other weapons. They do a tiny amount of damage and have no appreciable impact on the target's heat. As a general characteristic of the weapon, the heat per second should exceed damage per second. Therefore, I would like to propose increasing HPS to 0.9 (up from 0.6). For reference, DPS is 0.7. Lastly, in terms of match score, add a significant mech shutdown bonus for utilizing Flamers successfully on enemy mechs.

NARC Beacon
To improve NARC/spotter mech gameplay, two glaring problems is the slow projectile speed and low ammo count. Firstly, as the NARC velocity is currently 500, I would like to propose increasing the velocity to match AC/20, which is 650. Secondly, I would like to propose a slight increase in ammo per ton. As NARC + ammo tends to be heavy for mechs that are fast enough to deploy it, these changes will make it slightly more attractive.

Friendly Mech Loadout Info
Lastly, I would like to propose when you hold your crosshair over a friendly mech for a second, it will display their weapon loadout. Having your teammates’ weapon loadout info readily available could improve lance tactics.

I feel like you're copy/pasting old arguments and wants without an idea of what current values are but I'll humor you.

1. Targeting computers are often slot limited, not tonnage limited. That's why you see a lot of TC1 (always worth it on a lasvom) or a large TC for the big range or velo benefits. MkII and MkIII for example, are used when you have 3 tons and 3 slots and nothing else to fit in there.

2. Yes, Command Console was useless.... good thing it was completely replaced with the Advanced Sensor Package months ago. ASP actually provides none picture-in-picture advanced zoom without sensitivity changes.

3. Flamers could see great tactical play.... if they also weren't used to grief so often. Additionally, they are stunlock (e.g., old melee and and stupid fall and get up animations) and stunlock is not something we care to enable much of in the game.

4. IS AC20 velocity is 1100m/s and Clan AC20 velo is 1300 m/s. It has not been 650m/s for YEARS; that's one point. The second point is that the most meta way to run NARCs is to run dual launchers, so one gets through AMS if the enemy is carrying it. If NARC quirked mechs are able to carry dual NARCs and sufficient ammo currently then there is no reason to buff them.

5. Love this feature in MW5, but it would require coding and likely UI/HUD adjustments in MWO which is a no-go / lostech.
