After playing a large number of 8v8 matches I've come to some conclusions

1. Players wandering off "scouting" usually result in that player's demise unless they return to the group quickly or communicate the enemy position accurately to the others in their drop
2. Short range load outs are mostly useless unless the enemy accidently runs into you or you can close on wounded enemy mechs
3. Being down one or two mechs early usually signals a loss as there are not enough others in your group to compensate for the loss of firepower
4.quicker load time but reduced match scores in the current event
5. Overall weapon choices have a direct impact on wins/losses

Feel free to add or subtract as you wish
