Event Idea. Can also apply to 8v8 QP sessions

Look at the established wisdom (did I just say that?) created by Comp Que top 12 each year to define a benchmark spread of weight classes for MM to then +/- on.

Or maybe the benchmark can be defined by the Winners for the year up to the next tournament.

Can even tweak the benchmark during the year by looking at the other tournaments that are held.

One final, largely unconnected thought. Is it possible to make QP be fixed to Inner Sphere vs Clan?
Not saying that is a desire, I'd just like to know if it's possible so I can mull over.

That would be a great event. You should put this in "feature suggestions." Almost like a faction play rebirth.
