Open profile, select Type - Special, Weight Class - Light , Status - All, Faction - Inner Sphere.

does this effect gameplay at all is the treb counted as a light mech in game too?

Imma gonna guess... no. I think it's just the website portion that is having a slight glitch over this. But to also be fair, I don't own any Trebs... But I'm sure if it was impacting the game itself, it likely would be hot fixed very quickly...
