Howdy Folks!!

I was hoping someone can help me troubleshoot my microphone. IT works in literally everything else besides MWO. I can log into my girlfriend's account on my PC and my microphone works just fine.

I have uninstalled the game with geek uninstaller in order to make sure everything was uninstalled. I restarted after uninstall. Reinstalled the game and my microphone still doesn't work.

EDIT: I also did a full default reset on the settings in game. It didn't work.

Are you sure the voice chat is activated in your options? iirc by default it's turned off.
Maybe your girlfriend turn it on and you didn't, then you can use your mic on her account but not on yours.

i got to set it every time at game start with my bluetooth headset. it likes to forget. sometimes i have to go into the control panel and unmute it. it likes to mute randomly.

frankly i blame the os more than the game for this one. it likes to change the default every time you charge your mic and doesn't remember the old settings when you plug it back in. the game will also forget if you set it manually and dont have the mic connected at next login. you could set it to default but then windows will screw it up.
