I've went from 8 MPL / 8 ERML to 2x HPPC and 3x Snub PPC.

The PPC Builds are obnoxiously warm, and lack range. Which wouldn't be too much of a problem if the Gauntlet was a lighter, smaller, faster chassis.

8MPL sounds nice, but again, you're relatively huge, but don't have the relative armor necessary to bring it to bear and not walk away full of holes.

MASC on the CBill Bonus chassis doesn't feel worthwhile. It doesn't let you actually escape threats, reposition significantly quicker and you can't use it to duck in and out while firing and expect to reasonably hit.

It infuriatingly has locked slot issues, while also having them open in pointless locations, like the legs. Realistically, you're going to maybe put a targeting computer there or missile ammo, if you decide to omit the ECM Torso.

the majority of your guns are all in the arms, so unlike RACwhackers, people can, and will, quickly disarm you. Somehow even faster than Centurions, which are the epitome of "all my important guns are in one hand" medium.

I keep trying to run it like a Nova, with a Stormcrow's profile, but with temporary speed boosts instead of jump jets.

It really doesn't feel good to use, and I hope whoever came up with the Gauntlet as a concept is forced to never be able to pack their luggage correctly, while only being allowed to buy awkwardly shaped containers.

That are all way too thin where it matters, and thick where it doesn't need to be at all.

And the zipper always snags.

I'm trying to up my poking game and started using a build like this with the 10B:https://mwo.nav-alph...b90131d_GTL-1OB

I know it's not optimal but the range is nice.
