If you import this, you can use the railgun.(can't save)

I think this is a vulnerability in the game,

and it should be fixed because it's potentially exploitable.

You can import any new mech via the mechlab because it's added to the game files. This allows people to try out a mech (or even build) in testing grounds.

However, you can't launch into a game or even a lobby with it, so not an exploit.
