You give the mech 5 gauss rifles but then still have it limited to firing only 2 at a time. So it's in this weird spot of firing 2-2-1. Give it the ability to fire 3x at once. I think (at least the handful i've seen in the wild) end up dropping the 5th gauss for whatever else.

Edit: I also realized I accidently typed "ones" instead of "once" cause I decided to post this before sleeping...and i'm dumb. If some mod could change it, that would be great.

can't be done. The two-charge-limit is hardcoded for all gauss-type weapons

All the meta builds do indeed drop the extra gauss; it's just too much fiddling.
