Add an "event maps" section in matchmaking the voting pool screen that's in a special section above the normal random map/game mode voting pools.

That way we can always vote for whichever map we need through the duration of the event and not get destroyed by bad rng for hours on end, like how now where Karee has not gotten Luthien for 23+ games in a row and has been trying for so soooooo many hours to just get a game and attempt a win in that specific map.

(The number of times she will be updated every time she doesn't get that map both on this current streak and all streaks past ~4 in a row "Still no Luthien.." until she gets this painfully time sinking challenge objective complete.)

Update: Finally got another Luthien after 23+ games and got the last win Karee needed for this event.. wowie that was awful..

Greatly encourage the devs to take this feature suggestion seriously, and try to add this to the game for events like these, because these events would be so much more enjoyable if we could ALWAYS pick the maps we need for the event objective for 100% of the matches we play until we get it done and not leave it up to rng to decide when or if we get the maps.

Hello there, Karee... Would you believe your thread about Events & Maps here might qualify more to be in the "Event Suggestions" board area, directly because of it being more about Event-type items than general gameplay? I'll leave it up to you, but it might be worth putting a Report against your own thread (via the Opening Post above, not what I'm quoting) to request any available Moderator sends this over there.

By the way, I get how you feel about the Map-related RNG completely, and also wish they would adjust Map Frequencies a little bit when picking certain ones for Event-related items...

yup those challenges can be beaten very organically just by playing the game...and barely thinking about them.
