[Scalped Taters]

I was wondering if in MWO, in the Modules section, could you add the parts (Arms/Torsos, mainly, but also Head for a few) for Special, Legend and Hero mechs, where if we've removed them in the past and sold them, we could perhaps buy them back? Perhaps install something that won't allow pilots to buy the special/legend/hero part unless they already own the chassis and it's still present in their stable of mechs?
