Since I was really looking forward to MECH, here are my impressions after playing five matches with each.

-RVN-MN: A highly capable close/medium-range laser boat. The 6Energy hardpoint and ECM combine with the RVN's excellent silhouette for a very satisfying playfeel. The 3L is a scout, but the MN is a franker.

-HMN-H: Already a solid medium, but now it's finally perfect. It can do a lot with 6PC, laser Vom, etc. The ECM benefit is huge, and it might become meta once it hits general release.

-STK-4P: My biggest hope... and biggest disappointment. A complete downgrade from the 4N. Speed x, Payload x, Quirks x. The only upside is being Heavy, which might slightly speed up matchmaking.

-TBR-N: 4PAC2 + 2PC feels best right now. (4PAC4 + 2PC felt a bit lacking in punch). I want to utilize its Quirks, but carrying four LBX units is heavy, and you can only mount two SRMs... It's a strange variant.

PS.
-BLR-6C:I'd completely forgotten about him. He's pretty powerful. The hardpoints on the side torso are truly blessed by the gods. My favorite setup is 2LXPL+4LAC5. Just hold W and M1 and stare down the enemy. You'll get the best results.

So far, TBR-N and RVN-MN feel really good. HMN-H isn't bad. STK-4P is disappointing...
What do you all think? Let's gather some feedback.

This is fun so far. Mechdb won't let you mount an ecm yet.

The Timberwolf N can run 6 pac 2's with the c right arm and warrant left arm and both arms carry 10% ballistic cooldown for a total of 20% with max armor and 6 and half tons of ammo.

Wow! The 6PAC2 looks pretty strong. I got inspired by the BLR-6C and built something like this. I think this is pretty powerful.

I think they are Ok. Can't make em OP. I don't like the non-addressable camo color. Only 1 loyalty cockpit item? The Stalker, you do realize it gave up 10 tons? It will be inherently faster and you'll need to downgrade the payload.I think it needs skoch more quirk also.

You can if you set the stock loadout and work from there.
