In some respects, yes and no. Yes, it has the ability to missile boat (Naga II only), but No, it lacks what the Longbow has and carries less of a payload compared to the Longbow.

Reason for those assumptions is this: Arrow IV dominated payload on the Naga I. Which limits what weapons it carries. Which is why Clan Wolf scientists redesigned it in the first place after Tukayyid. Even with the redesign, it doesn't come close to the Longbow, in either tons, or weapons loadout.
