Normal Behavior From Patch?

the new patch reset all my variable and settings in game, the most noticeable where with voice chats stuff.

Before I dig in and write it all it and try to document everything that might of changed did anyone else notice any changes?

That is not normal, but it could have occurred by how you had exited the game the last time you had played, bugging the gameplayer config/saved files, which those text files are in the Saved Game folder.
