1) Make Adaptive Ferro-Fibrous & Endo Steel, give weight benefits, on x amount of free slots; proportional, to what they give when selected in full. Sometimes spare slots are unavoidable and this would be fair and beneficial for all Mechwarriors.

For example, I might have let's say 0.2-0.3 Tons of spare weight, and 4 empty slots, I can't fill up with anything, so I might choos Endo Steel 3 slots so I can get 0.5 Tons and fill up the 4th empty slot with 0.5T of Ammo, or half a Heat Sink(if it was available.

2) This leads me to Adaptive Heat Sinks: taking half slots and Non-Continuous slots, for cooling. IS Double HS should be 2 slots, Not 3, it's totally unfair BS
